Description

Earn while you learn in sales, account management and logistics and gain a recognised qualification, and build a long-term career with a fast-growing company.

Training Description:
  • In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 4 Sales Executive qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into processes and procedures
  • Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you
  • You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
Full Description:

The role will include:

  • Speaking with potential customers and generating new business
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Helping to manage and grow your own customer accounts
  • Preparing quotes, following up enquiries and updating company systems
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Learning how the same-day courier and logistics industry operates

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and professional on the telephone
  • Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with businesses
  • Motivated, reliable and eager to learn
  • Organised with good communication skills
  • Interested in building a career in sales and account management
Outcome Description:

Successful completion may lead to a permanent Sales Executive or Account Manager role, with opportunities to progress into Business Development, Key Account Management or Sales Management.

Description of Working Week:

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
