Description

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter Apprentice to join the team. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in recruitment. You will learn how to attract, assess, and place candidates while developing strong communication, organisational, and professional skills.

Training Description:

Recruiter Level 3.

Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

Full Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to onboarding candidates
  • Write and post job adverts across job boards and social channels
  • Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews or telephone screenings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist with compliance checks, referencing, and documentation
  • Learn and apply recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
